RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Shockley, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at milo97@live.no with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order.
European Union Customers
Customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
